As part of the Europrotocol implementation in Kazakhstan, insurance claims after accidents will be processed faster and more conveniently.
Europrotocol is a simplified procedure for documenting a road traffic accident without calling traffic police, allowing you to quickly record the incident and save time.
Conditions for use
- There must be no victims in the accident;
- Only two vehicles must be involved;
- Damage must only affect the vehicles involved in the accident;
- Damage must not exceed the legal maximum (up to 100 MCI);
- Both parties must agree to document the accident without calling the police.
