Medical Services
Medical services are provided through an assistance company with a staff of over 1,600 family doctors and medical personnel, its own fleet of modern ambulances, a network of base clinics and accredited medical institutions.
Insurer and Policyholder Interaction
Under differentiated insurance programs, employees can undergo regular medical check-ups, examinations and receive seasonal vaccinations. The Insurer guarantees the organization and provision of medical services based on the selected service package attached to the Insurance Agreement.
Territory and Insured Event
Territory: Coverage territory — Republic of Kazakhstan.
Insured event: Insured event — the Insured's visit to doctors and/or medical organizations for medical services in case of emergency, acute illness, exacerbation of a chronic illness, injury, poisoning and other accidents occurring during the term of the Agreement.
Insurance Card
Upon signing the Insurance Agreement, the Insurer issues a personal insurance card to each Insured containing: full name, company name, insurance card number and insurance dates.
Procedure for Medical Services
The Insurer organizes medical services for the Insured through the assistance company. Dental services are also provided by Interteach specialist doctors and dental clinics within the assistance network.
Actions upon an Insured Event
Contact an Interteach doctor or call the 24/7 Call-centre at the numbers indicated on your insurance card.
You may contact your personal family doctor directly for consultation, specialist referrals or hospitalization.
In case of emergency hospitalization outside the network — notify your personal doctor or Interteach manager within 48 hours.
When notifying, provide: When notifying, provide: insurance card number, company name, full name of the Insured, location and contact numbers, brief description of the incident.
